Sky Watch

Hello all. My contribution this week is from Jake's Landing. Yesterday was a beautiful day and I decided to stop off here to see what was going on. I didn't see any birds, but with a view like this, it was worth not see any birds.

To view skies from all over the world, please visit Sky Watch. Or if you have a photo that you would like to share, please do so.

Those are wonderful, especially the top one - you really captured the shimmeriness (how's that word a word!) of a summer day.

It does look like my kind of wild open area.

NO KIDDING. What a beautiful place. Gorgeous skies. I especially love the grass/reeds in the first shot.

Lisa, These are gorgeous pictures of Jakes Landing! It looks so beautiful there! I imagine everywhere you look you can find something gorgeous to photograph!! All the nature surrounding you is so lovely!

Thanks for the sweet comment and your wise words of wisdom! Guess, the changing of seasons ignited some sort of "changing of life" feelings in me and it ended up coming out that way when I posted the pictures...sorry...but I do thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it!

Next weeks SWF won't be so blahhh, I promise! Thanks again!

Ia there any remedy for your foot?

Both are BEAUTIFUL views … methinks my fav is the first because of the ‘light’ in the sky & reflection on the water … but I love the puffy clouds set off by the foreground in the second. My Sky Watch is of BLUE SKIES in So Cal (combined with Haiku Friday as usual) … at Sacred Ruminations.
Hugs and blessings,

Those pictures are so pretty and serene looking. Just relaxing to look at.

Sorry about your foot. I hope the cortisone shot has helped some by now. I have foot pain but it's from something called plantar fasciitis. I haven't been to the doctor but looked it up and I have all the symptoms. It sure is a painful thing at times.

Great shot Lisa. You live in a pretty part of our earth.
Sorry about your foot. You might consider not letting someone squeeze it till it hurts and not letting someone stick a needle in it and see if that helps.
I'm so sensitive about my feet that the post made me feel numb just reading it. Best of luck with this.

btw, I just saw your picture of Ralph, (Mr Handsome)
I had to laugh until I figured out you weren't talking about the Ralph I know.
